Due to the imminent arrival of my babies, I have to move out of my muchloved flat, bought brand new 2 years ago.
2 beds with ensuite and separate bathroom, shared garden, bright, airy and VERY well cared for Neutral dcor, cream carpets. 750 ONO per month.
Its the 2nd floor in a small purpose built block, with lovely neighbours, all of whom are the owners, not tenants, so everyone is very considerate.
You MUST a working professional and defiantly a NONSMOKER and have no pets.
Would suit a single person, a couple or two friends.
With much reluctance I have to move out, so Im looking for a (clean) tenant who will love making my flat their home and take care of their surroundings.
I can be flexible to moving in dates, but was ailming to move out mid May 09.
